Simone holds the German Diploma in Psychology and is specialised in Business & Organisational Psychology and Business Studies.  She joined ER Consultants following her graduation.  While studying, Simone worked as an Assistant in a business consultancy and research institute where she supported national and international organisational development projects.  Being interested in personnel and organisation development, leadership and organisational learning, she specialises in assessment and leadership development.
