Simone is a business psychologist who has worked with a range of organiations in the UK and Germany. Now a senior consultant at ER Consultants she consults in both the private and public sectors. Simone has considerable experience of design and project management of assessment and development centres. She is also experienced in designing and setting up 360o feedback exercises, and enjoys facilitating leadership development workshops, and supports individuals in their personal development. In spring 2010 Simone worked along side our Allied Consultants Europe (ACE) partners to run a European survey on the agility of organisatins.
In her previous role, Simone worked in a consultancy and research institute where she supported national and international organisational development projects, including employee surveys and the implementation of virtual teamwork. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Mannheim in Germany, and spoke at an Emotional Literacy Conference at Wolverhampton College.

Qualifications: Simone holds the German Diploma in Psychology and has specialised in Business and Organisational Psychology at the University of Mannheim (Germany). This MSc equivalent education qualifies her for the entire range of Psychology disciplines, including clinical and educational psychology.
Simone is qualified for psychometric testing with the British Psychology Society, and is certified for the use of a range of tools.
