Gary is a director of ER Consultants who leads the Organisation Change practice, and consults in both the public and private sectors. The projects he has conducted include: re-designing and implementing organisation structures and managment processes; board effectiveness assessment and development; post-merger integration; improving joint venture organisation capability, and board and senior management team development.
He is expert in re-connecting people to the organisation and its purpose, and has presented at seminars on organisation chance, business partnerships, and has led a Retail HR Forum. He is a visiting lecturer at the University of Cambridge Institute of Manufacturing.
Gary has a business background within retailing and manufacturing.
