Q. As a client of, or as a supplier to, ER Consultants, how will this acquisition affect me?

A. Very little.  ER Consultants will continue to operate in its existing form for the foreseeable future.   Our structure, values and goals remain the same.

Q. Does this acquisition mean that new will personnel take over existing client contracts?

A. No. In order to preserve our high level of customer service, existing contracts will be completed by the ER Consulting personnel currently assigned.

Q. Will the contact details for ER Consultants change?

Q. Why was ER Consultants sold to Serco?

A. ER Consultants has prospered as a niche consultancy firm for 17 years.  However, to develop our long-term success and enable us to grow further the prospect of being part of a practice where we can link our work to the broader change agenda, is attractive.

We are excited by the prospect of working with Serco to create a leading position in the UK consultancy market.  ER's strengths and the ways of working will provide one of the foundations stones of this new practice.
