One of our Directors, Ann has been with ER Consultants for more than 25 years.  Her previous experienced ranged between Local Governament, and a private sector Sales & Marketing organisation.  With an MA in Psychology, she developed her expertise first in Learning & Development, and then added experience in:  Total quality; Improvement Processes; Change Management, and Organisation Development.  These she has continued to develop and apply over her time n ER Consultants, working with all manner of client in the public and private sectors.

Ann leads a number of large projects, some involving partner providers, to create and deliver learning and development solutions to Government Departments.  She works with clients on a range of projects from bespoke 360^o Surveys to Culture Audits, and Organisation Design.  She co-runs a Change Management course for the Judge Business School at The University of Cambridge.  Additionally, she manages our Framework Agreement contracts with Buying Solutions and the DCSF.

Ann enjoys working with all levels of leader, manager, and staff, and is comfortable as a trainer, facilitator, developer, advisor, and challenger.  She employs a wide range of tools and techniques - some developed over many years, and others created for a current need.
