Anne is an established consultant and coach with 23 years experience of working for clients across sectors.  She is expert in whole systems methods, oragnisational psychology, and psychodynamic approaches to development and change.  Her focus is on working with people at all levels to jointly develop their ability to achieve shared goals.  This has been most evident in her work public service organisations, partnership bodies, and those businesses that have a social outcome bottom line.
