Chris, a Principal in the Change Team, specialises in developing and implementing reward solutions within organisations, along with facilitating management teams through introducing and implementing organisational changes. He also delivers and facilitates in management development and assessment programmes.
His consultancy work is in both the public and private sectors, and has particular experience of reward mechanisms, incentive schemes, job evaluation, and performance management, along with developing improved business structures, and organisational effectiveness. Chris also has experience of undertaking bespoke research and project management.
