Jane-Catherine is a junior consultant within the Business Psychology Practice who works across a wide variety of projects within the public and private sector. She has a wealth of experience in leadership and development programs, as well as design and delivery of 360 feedback initiatives and is an experienced Compensation and Benifits Practitioner.
Jane-Catherine joined ER consultants in November 2007 following an MSc in Occupational psychology. Her key interests lie in selection and assessment, management due diligence coupled with managing the people side of mergers and acquisitions as well as Leadership development and Emotional Intelligence. Jane-Catherine has written an article for publication on building trust within times of uncertainty.

Clients include: Jane-Catherine has worked for an array of organisations in both the public and private sector including, Odgers Berndston, Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF); Commission for Rural Communities (CRC), Medical Research Council (MRC), National Childminding Association (NCMA), Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), Scottish Arts Council and Identity and Passport Services (IPS).
Qualifications: Jane-Catherine holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Manchester and an MSc in occupational psychology from the Manchester Business School. She is Level A and B certified (including the 16pf and WAVE and JTI) and is currently working towards Chartership with the British Psychological society.
