Jane-Catherine is a business psychologist within the Business Psychology practice.  Since joining ER Consultants in November 2007, Jane-Catherine has worked on a variety of projects across the public and private sector. These have included:  project co-ordination; 360 coordination to co-facilitation; benchmarking, and job evaluation reviews.

Her key interests lie in selection and assessment, emotional intelligence, and managing the people side of mergers and acquisitions.

Clients include:

 Jane-Catherine has worked with the following clients:  DEFRA; DCSF; NCMA, and Odgers, Ray & Berndtson.

Qualifications:

Jane-Catherine has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the Manchester Business School and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Manchester.  She is Level A and Intermediate Level B certified, and is currently working towards chartership.
