Linda has substantial managerial, operational, consulting and management development experience gained over 20 years in organisations such as:  Dept of Health; Identity & Passport Service; the BBC, and, the Royal Academy.  She has worked on many projects ranging from leadership development through to organisational change programmes.

Linda has been involved in many organaisational change projects:  working with senior managers to enable them to develop their leading capabilities; revising competency frameworks; developing integrated e-learning programmes; facilitating key events; presenting feedback reports, etc.

She is known for her expertise in designing and facilitating practical learning programmes that fully integrate the client's business needs and are fun!  She has presented at Main Board level, MC'd conference of 100 plus people, and presented at seminars on a range of leadership and organisational themes.
