Linda has substantial managerial, operational, consulting and management development experience gained over 20 years in organisation of national significance. She has worked on many projects ranging from leadership development through to organisational change programmes.
Linda has been involved in many organaisational change projects: working with senior managers to enable them to develop their leading capabilities; revising competency frameworks; developing integrated e-learning programmes; facilitating key events; presenting feedback reports, etc.
She is known for her expertise in designing and facilitating practical learning programmes that fully integrate the client's business needs and are fun! She has presented at Main Board level, MC'd conference of 100 plus people, and presented at seminars on a range of leadership and organisational themes.
Clients include: Linda has designed and conducted a wide range of assignments of which the following are illustrative examples:
- Met Office: senior leadership development programme, including action learning, enhanced dialogue management skills for senior managers tasked with leading and delivering a new, challenging business model
- DCSF: analysis/interpretation of PSG competency self-assessment survey across all functions and grades
- Identity & Passport Service: PSG competency alignment across all grades that fitted the business and cross-Civil Service needs
- BBC: numerous corporate and local assignments ranging from team leadership development programmes, competency revisions, L&D survey analysis and interpretation, Away-day facilitation, large scale conference facilitation, training impact research and recommendations
- Department of Health (NHSE Policy Division): leadership development programme for SCS and G7/6 grades involving one-to-one coaching, action learning, and dialogue management skill development
- Ministry of Defence: civilian staff recruitment / interviewing courses for military and civil service managers using real job descriptions, personnel seeking interview practice, CTV/feedback for interviewers
- Wigan LEA: dialogue management skill development workshops for head teachers and curriculum advisors
- BT: blended management development e-learning/coaching programme including full evaluation. Change Project called "The Versatile Organization"
- The Royal Academy: team building programme for Friends of Royal Academy managers and staff to re-establish purpose, terms of reference, develop integrated working practices
- LB Barnet: MC'd organisational change conference for 80 Barnet staff; designed / conducted mentoring scheme review
Qualifications: She has a Diploma in analytical Psychodynamic Groupwork, and is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Linda is also DfES qualified and registered teacher, and a licensed MBTI counselor.
