Louise is a Senior Consultant in our Business Psychology practice. She has both HR and Psychology backgrounds, and has worked in both the public and private sectors. Key areas of experience include offshoring and outsourcing, contact centre operations, customer access, flexible working and HR transformation. She has acted as internal consultant to major change within professional services, and has particular experience of central and local government. 

Louise’s interests are in assessment, individual and organisational development, and entrepreneurship. Louise’s MSc thesis formed part of the development of an assessment tool for entrepreneurial potential which is now published.
