Mark is our Chief Executive and has directed the company through privatisation from a government agency to an independent business, acquisition and a successful employee buy-out.
Mark leads major transformation projects concerning business realignment, organisation and culture change. He advises organisations throughout the world at board level in the food, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and public sectors. His research and consulting work concentrates in the fields of board effectiveness, strategy facilitation and organisation change.
Mark is a graduate of Cambridge University and has line and project experience in the steel and petrochemicals industries. He worked in a major international consulting practice where he was advisor for three regional development corporations in South America in the development of new industrial and commercial projects. He went on to become a partner at Ernst & Young where he headed up the organisation and human resources consulting practice in the UK.
Mark has also worked as Group HR Director for AB Foods and is a visiting lecturer at Cambridge University.
Mark works with clients in both private and public sectors in the UK and throughout Europe and has extensive experience of working in Australia and the Americas.
