Martyn is one of our Directors and has over 18 years consulting experience in the private and public sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

He has considerable experience in individual and team executive assessment and development, and uses psychological insight to help clients define, assess and develop management behaviours that ensure sustainable success. Martyn has worked with clients across all sectors including civil service, banking and professional services. He has been a visiting lecturer in the Department of Psychological Medicine, at the University of Glasgow, and a tutor in the Department of Management Studies.

Prior to joining ER Consultants, Martyn was a Director of ICAS, the global EAP provider, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS and Director of Business Development with a West of Scotland Psychology Consultancy.

Qualifications:

Martyn is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and MBA (cum laude) from the University of Glasgow and has published various articles in professional, peer-reviewed journals.
