Mike is a senior consultant specialising in Organisation Change and Business Psychology.  His particular areas of interest are leadership development, organisational structure and performance diagnostics.

Mike's business background has been in retail, with 10 ears project and line management experience.

Mike has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology in Sheffield, is Level A and B qualified in psychometric testing, and is currently working towards Chartership.
