Mike is a senior consultant specialising in Organisation Change and Business Psychology.  His particular area of interest is in leadership development, organisational structure and process design.

Mike's business background has been in retail, with operational experience in areas such as the redesign of business processes to improve efficiencies and develop best practice.

Qualifications:

Mike has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology in Sheffield, is Level A and B qualified, and is currently working towards Chartership.
