Mike is a senior consultant and an experienced facilitator with 10 years experience in people and project managment within a retail environment.   In his time at ER Consultants, Mike has led a range of projects including Leadership Development, Organisational Design, and, Pay and Reward.  His main area of interest is in leadership development where he has designed and managed both large and small-scale public sector programmes.

Hid other areas of interest are organisational diagnostics, Lean process design, improving performance through reward and motivation, and, facilitating team development sessions.

Qualifications:

Mike has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology in Sheffield.  He is Level A and B qualified in psychometric testing, and is currently working towards Chartership.
