Paolo advises and coaches clients on the implementation of strategic change in both the private and public sectors. A large part of his work focuses on executive assessment and development and he has a particular interest in developing the ability of organisations to compete through their people.
As Professional Head of our Business Psychology practice, Paolo has designed and delivered numerous development programmes, from middle managers to boards across a range of sectors. His approach is fresh and innovative with a strong emphasis on positive psychology. He has applied some of these techniques when lecturing on professional services development programmes at Cambridge University's Judge Business School.
Paolo was the The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) 2008 "HR Management Consultant of the Year", run in association with The Sunday Times.
