Paolo advises and coaches public and private sector clients on the implementation of strategic change. A large part of his work focuses on executive assessment and development and he has a particular interest in developing the ability of organisations to compete through their people.
As professional head of our Business Psychology practice, Paolo has designed and delivered over 15 different development programmes, from middle managers to boards across a range of sectors. His approach can be described as fresh and innovative with a strong emphasis on positive psychology. He lectures on professional services development programmes at Cambridge University’s Judge business school.

Qualifications: Paolo is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from The City University and a Diploma in Inter-Cultural Management from Cambridge University.
Paolo started his career as an occupational psychologist working predominantly with IT start-ups and the NHS. Since joining ER Consultants in 1999 he has led a number of change projects in the UK and across Europe.
