Peter is a very experienced Senior Consultant who has specialised in payment system design, development and reform including the development of financial incentive arrangements. He has extensive experience in both public and private sectors and is experienced in working in highly unionized environments.
Peter's recent consultancy experience includes conducting an independent review of industrial relations issues as part of the settlement of an industrial dispute, reviewing working practices in a major distribution company and participating in a review of allowances in a major government agency.
Peter is a regular contributor to TOPICS and has also contributed to Strategic Reward Systems ( Edited by Richard Thorpe and Gill Homan; published by Financial Times Prentice Hall 2000) and The Performance Management Handbook ( Edited by Mike Walters; published by Institute of Personnel and Development, 1995).

Qualifications: Peter has a BA in the Social Sciences awarded by the Open University(1990) and an MA awarded by Anglia Ruskin University(1994). Peter also has qualifications of the Institute of Management Services and the former Institute of Personnel and Development. He is an accredited and experienced user of psychometric instruments.
