Terry’s consulting work focuses on management and organisation development to facilitate change and performance improvement. He works in the public and private sectors, and also in the voluntary sector.
Examples of his work include:
- designing and running long-term executive and senior management development programmes
- facilitating executive and senior management teams
- supporting organisations as an expert advisor, facilitator and coach in the design, development and implementation of operational performance improvement
- the research, design and implementation of competency frameworks to facilitate radical changes in organisational culture and improvement in managerial competency and organisational effectiveness.
- the design, implementation and evaluation of change management programmes and processes to integrate with business direction, strategy and goals
- leading cross-funtional teams to ensure the effective integration of HR people, processes and systems within organisations.

Qualifications: Terry has a degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of Bradford. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
