Zara is a Consultant in the Business Psychology practice, working across the public and private sectors in leadership, development and training.  She has lectured on personal effectiveness and emotional intelligence at Cambridge University.

Before joining ER Consultants, Zara worked as an HR Consultant, working in both the public and private sector clients on projects ranging from providing an entirely outsourced HR function for a large airline, to providing both general and psychometric testing and feedback to clients.

Qualifications:

Zara holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Leicester, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Surrey, and is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society.  

She is Level A and B certified in the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), and the Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI), the Jung Type Indicator (JTI), and Saville Wave.

Zara is currently working towards her Chartership with the British Psychology Society.
